huh...my connection to auto patch server is failing

i was logging in to my new official updated beta server and when i pressed the login button a messege saying connection to auto pach server failed...why does that happen and now i cant even play because evry time i try to the messege comes up...

...im kind of a noob so can any one help me

ok nvm its back to only official but now after verefiing the thing just closed by itself.....i hate my cpu

Hi,

make sure the ports that makes the game run are open

port 80.

as u can see im new so umm wats a port ......

...it also says that error 5......it just says that it cant find sef update server can any one help plzz anyone .....it exits after verifiying

A port is an endpoint to a logical connection and the way a client program specifies a specific server program on a computer in a network.

The game server is on a different ip address then the HTTP update server. I would guess that you have a firewall running and it is blocking access to 212.214.41.25 (the ip address of the HTTP update server).

my firewall its the problem....umm im not sure i understand what port means...ur saying a port is what conects u to the server...wow im skrewed

For a test turn your firewall off then try to run the game.
