Sound is distorted since update?

Anyone elses sound get all distorted when around a grp of ppl they cast spells and it sounds all laggy and its not the game runs smoothly but sound is just messed up bugging the crap out of me.

I sometimes have that when i cast 3 spells in a row, AD, mind blank, barrier
i wont get the sound of barrier

but i dont know in big groups, way to busy trying to cast my buffs and heal srry
