Question I Need Help! (...again...)

Ok, I just ran an auto-update as promted by my 12.04 xubuntu-OS today (it did 3 SSL library things I think, but idr exactly what). Now, CoR won't work. I tried submitting a support ticket to NGD but neither my NGD or old GameSamba account is being accepted/acknowledged (ticket site login says "invalid account or password" to both). Anyway, logging into game, the CoR-loader seems to function as usual, but at world login, CoR crashes & says:

"[err][ui_elements][error_code_Co12]"

Any advice? WTF is going on here? HELLP!....



EDIT: Sorry, my bad. Turns out "[err][ui_elements][error_code_Co12]" was only on Ra & that it was only coincedentally timed with my OS update. Spanish forums say Ra is now working again & I can confirm as true. Still wish I knew why support login won't accept either of my accounts tho....(gamemod, please delete this pointless thread as you see fit, ok?)

Hello Lebeau,

I'm glad you found out what the problem was.

Regarding the support system, note that you can always sumbit a ticket in the general section. (Even when you are not logged in!) Just go to www.championsofregnum.com/support and click on Submit a Ticket. They will ask you to leave your email adress so that they can send you a reply.

Regarding logging in to the support section, when you log in to the NGD website and go to 'my account' you can see your Support username. There is also the option to 'Remind password by mail.' Gamesamba accounts should be able to log in to the NGD website with their old GS user and pass.

If you can't even log into the NGD website, please send a ticket via the Support site. They can help you.

Man, just make another account and sent a ticket from that to the right section, GENERAL ( if you read ) says that may take a lot more than if it is in any other one.

I still have an unanswered ticket from 08 or 09. They'll be with you shortly.
