Problems... again

first off, i have a direct3d problem. when i run the game in direct3d i get the following:

this is only when i don't have the newest drivers for my graphics card (ati radeon 9600 pro 128 mb). when i do have the newest drivers direct3d mode works but crashes every 10 mins, so no use of it.

when i switch the game mode to opengl the game still crashes every 10mins or so, but i'd like to notice i do NOT have that problem while playing on test server (amun). oh yeah, here's another glitch i have while running in opengl mode.

so if any help is avaliable, i'd appreciate it.

btw i'm running the game on maxed out settings (i've tried running it in safe mode but since that solves nothing i find safe mode of no use).

btw, props for the 10k for horse update.

i have ati 9600 xt. i use fglrx drivers and it hangs while playing. less than 10mins.
no solution yet.
how did you run it in opengl ?
