Problem Connecting

After clicking "Enter Game World" and the login screen disappears I get the usual "Connecting.. Checking firewall" pop-up but after about 10 seconds I get an error message:
[err][ui_elements][error_code_]

I have checked my firewall settings and the Regnum Online program has full access so I can't see what the problem is.
I have been able to play without problems up until the 14/04/2011 update.
Any help would be appreciated or say if you're also having this issue so I know at least that I'm not the only one.

got the same exact error when the mini icon pops up with checking firewall text - made a topic from same issue - check it out.. ur not alone

just some error that they are supposed to be fixing as we ''speak''
