Special quests?

CAn some one help me...
Iv been loking for descriptions for all the special quests but cant find em..

Can some one tell me:
-All the speical quests
-what lv u have to be to do them
-what you have to do
-what do you get

and when do they go away [the date]

The only temporary quest is the Ximerin quest, all the rest is there to stay.
