Yes, you have the minimum recommended settings. Altought I would suggest you a windows 7 or windows sp 2. The sp3 is not good at all.

Nearly any Pc can run Regnum, but running it well is another story, the only real way to know, make a char and go to war (yes even at level 1!) and see if you can maintain a realistic frame rate for combat

Ive managed with often less than 15 in large fights, wouldent reccomend it though

Few tips on getting regnum to run well on low performance Pc's

Safe mode in game, On
Sound in game, Off
ALL other programms (browsers, I-tunes w/e) Off,
If you want to listen to music hook your I-pod or MP3 (if you have one) directly to the Computers speakers, bi-passing the processor so it can focus just on regnum.

The performance may not be seen ith win xp sp2 but I used to work at a computer shop and I can tell that sp3 is not a stable windows. It has lots and lots of problems. If you install maybe win 7 you may see a difference at your pc's speed.

I run this game on Windows XP SP3 just fine. (Media Center)
I would not just outright say that XP is bad and tell someone to get Windows 7 or downgrade to SP2.
