freezing on loading screen

Wish there was a way of sending an error report when forced to manually shut off pc when stuck at loading screens, usually after death or taking a tele. Also, prickling ivy animation is still messed up after death, walking around with it still attached and occasionally see peeps when they get off horses they appear flat on the ground for awhile. like theyre corpses running around.

Same problems. The thing that makes me angry is that it only freezes when im warring or doing something important, it NEVER happens while im grinding. -.-
