I was added ticket about my lost e-mail. I lost it with new log-in process modifications, right?

Hi,

Are you sure you're logging to the correct account? As I can check, this forum account is related to an email that has an existing support account and has that ticket you mention.

Please, check all your accounts by logging in the website and obtaining your email address and the password reminder.

If you can't access the email related to your account, you must post a ticket in "General" without logging in.
