Error patching game

When I start regnum, I can login and when I click "enter game world" it downloads some resources, and then when its done with that theres a pop up which say "there was an error patching the game".

I am running Linux, I have already tried to download the latest version and it still doesnt work.

Any log file ?

You can find them in the root directory and "live" subdirectory.

I think you could also check if there is a directory called "SelfUpdate"

Sorry about the late reply.

There aren't any log files that I can find, I looked in home -> regnum is that the right location? When I try running RO on windows it has the same error

Yesterday I finally fixed the error, with the help of a friend.

I re installed my computer to Windows XP and still had the same problem, then I re installed to Windows 7 but it still didn't work...After giving up I tried again a month later, and found out that all you have to do is keep reopening Regnum when it doesn't work. You will find out that every time it needs to load less resources.
