Credit card payment problem

When purchasing ximerin, it will say that it's processing my payment, then tell me I need to log in. I don't receive ximerin, but my card is still charged.

I've sent a ticket, but posting this here so people realise they've still been charged if this has happened to them.

This problem has been solved and all tickets about it were replied.
