Just setting up a clan website, can we use images etc. from the official website? Don't want to infringe any copyright etc..

It's called copyright. But yes i bet you do, even more if you're using them for a clan website, it is still related to the game.

Copyright infringement is when you try to sell something using work from someone else.

Yes, you can use the assets of the website for a fansite, as long as it doesn't get into a commercial website.
