After enabling FXAA in nvidia-settings and game settings, it works from time to time — a second or two it`s enabled, the same time it`s disabled.

kmod-nvidia-304.37-1.fc16.1.x86_64

Problem like here:

With NVIDIA GT640 and latest stable linux drivers (346.47).
There is no issue with 340.76 driver, but this one has no support of some new cards.
