I would really like to recover my old account. I can't because I don't have access to the email it's associated with any more. I can still log in using the password here and in the launcher, but can't do the 2FA challenges needed for a new install because I don't have access to the email.

Even submitting a support ticket requires access to the email. So I can't do that. I had a max level toon, some others, had bought mounts etc. I would really like to get those old characters back, I had epic gear on them. Can anyone think of a way I can do this? I would love to hear if you did.

Try submitting a support ticket with another e-mail? you will most likely have to present the acc name and some matter of identification though.
