help, stuck downloading

after i click enter gameworld it starts downloading (filling up the blue bar) i think its patching although its not actually saying what its downloading..

its stuck at 5745 kb / 35141 kb, i tried deleting the live folders already.

can you manually download whatever its downloading somewhere?

edit:

after i tried restarting the program its now stuck on 0 kb / 29396 kb
