Ever seen gear with both Attack and Cast speed before?

Several people reply, No, doesn't exist, Not possible....

Those are the only items in the game which have cast speed and attack speed, and only obtainable through quests.

As far as I know they aren't available in syrtis and alsius.

& also the only tunic with cast speed, only tunic with attack speed, only breastplate with attack speed etc
