Yes, you can get elite armor from a lucky box. I purchased a lucky box and got elite leggins of alloy steel. (lvl 60) They have +4 dex, +5 evade and +2% slash resist.

NICE!!!

I purchased lucky boxes for weapons 7200 xim each, I got 2 epic shotbows and 2 magical. All items were my level (60) , I wanted longbows though....

Can you choose what armor part you want?

No, NGD have clarified that the only way to get WM pieces, is WM coins.
