User already logged in
Hello,
I recently did a format on laptop and when I tried to get into the game a message appeared "unable to initialize direct 3d ". Tried couple more times and now it says user already logged in. Any suggestions on how to fix it? Thanks in advance |

You just need to wait. Sometimes it takes a minute or an hour. Even more. If you have to wait to much. You should send a ticket

That means that when you reinstalled your system you forgot to:
- Install the driver of your video card. - Reinstall Regnum with its installer. Please check you have your video card drivers up to date and, just in case, then reinstall the DirectX runtimes necessary for Regnum to run: http://download01.regnumonlinegame.c...009_redist.exe
