According to the blog you linked to there is a total of 20.1 Becquerel per liter (Bq/L) of water. Now the recommended amount of water to drink a day is around 2 liters (8-9 cups.) Source: mayoclinic.com

That means your getting a dose of around 40 Bq per day if you drink correctly.

Now lets put that in more human terms. A common way of explaining radiation doses to us non nuclear techs is in bananas. Eating a banana exposes you to around 15Bq. Which means that if you are in San Francisco and drink the recommended daily amount of water, you get as much exposure to radiation as eating 2.7 bananas a day. There is some really scary stuff out there, this isn't it.
