do they give fixed experience or increased experience per item as level increases? for example feline whiskers at lvl 46 vs lvl 59

I cannot answer this, however it is a good question. Could someone also post a link to the realm task list? It may or may not answer this Q but it is a link that is worthy of bookmarking.

As far as I experienced, Realm tasks give experience according to your level.
