How do you level lately past 45? :D
I remember Clan INQ had a toll with witch you could see the best spawns for you.

Also I've seen ppl saying you are better off killing players? I only have NPC stuff on me now so that might not work. Can you give me some quick tips?

P.S. Is there any problem if I don't make any quests at all? Will it affect me in the long run. I am asking this because I used the lvl 45 scroll.

P.S.2.
Items:
What items I should work on? Are there any ppl around who will sell magna ingots in exchange for xim? Or I shouldn't worry about the magna lvl 45 weap?

Nothing beats the good old grind for rapid XP. To make it easier on you, grind during XP bonus.

I've never done the quests to be honest. 500% scrolls are your friend.
I participate in war quite a bit, gaining anywhere from 3000-6000 exp per kill depending on how much damage I make. This is quite a bit considering "Challenging" mobs give me just over 1k. So I like to balance war and grinding, fluctuating between the two.

1. Because player kills are awesome exp with booster scrolls (better so if you're barb).

2. I am completing WM quest before I reach 60. I already have enough wmc for two items of armour and I've just reached level 56.

3. By participating in war you are enhancing your skills in the warzone instead of fighting mindless mobs.

3. Switching to grinding (challenging and normal mobs are best) is a quick way to gain a bucket load of exp if you find the right spot, and is a good time killer until war. Always be on your look out and keep buffs up. Don't let your health/mana get too low in case gankers attempt to finish you off.

While grinding you'll also pick up valuable loot which you can hand in for realm tasks. Whiskers are generally good and provide a lot of exp. Anywhere between 17k-22k.
Don't bother with the "Defeat shitloads of enemy realm players". It's just not worth it. If you're going to do realm tasks, just go for the loot.

Ultimately grinding sucks, and is a huge bore. But balancing it out with war can make it a lot better.

Now if I'm honest, I hope you don't make 60 because Syrtis has enough fucking archers.

Good luck.

Id say do the quests :p atleast the ones giving you the jewelry

also there are now realm tasks, small quests like delivering letters for xp
or turning in loot, kill x amount of mobs or enemies
its worth checking out

be sure to run into me sometime, always like getting a killcount :p

Thank you guys for the tips. I did observe that getting to 50 got much easier than the last time I played.

P.S. Are there some pvp events? When I was in noob island I pressed/click on something and a small window got up with 2 events. Not sure what was that.
P.S.2. If there are any war/xp events where is the calendar on site?

they are down atm.
hvnt seen a boost in a while now, doubt that there will be any soon with all the newbs
complaining about no boost during the holidays.. xD
people ingame will usually know if there will be an xp boost anytime soon as GM
usually gives a headsup.

Thank you guys a lot for the answers.
I remember at one time checking out Raven and there were xp boosts/gold boosts like every 4-5 hours for an hour.

I remember at one time checking out Raven and there were xp boosts/gold boosts like every 4-5 hours for an hour.

Things are very different since Haven. We were having boosts every weekend/alternate weekend, then it just stopped once the GMs disappeared. We've had a couple of random ones since then, but nothing constant. I believe GameSamba were posting the boost times on their forums because they were getting many PMs asking when the boosts were on. Not sure if this is still happening or not, though, but it seems like a good idea. My advice? Stock up on booster scrolls and use during a server boost and grind baby, grind, because God knows when we'll get another.

[EDIT:]Some of the questions still have not been answered, and I also find some clarifications needed.

The topical question is simply answered:
==== Grinding ====
Party whenever possible.
Use boosts only when general boosts are on [Consult the publisher's forum (http://www.gamesamba.com/forum/ro-events/boosts-on-haven-official-info-10-10-2013-t6694.html?sid=82228438b90e45544987a042929d943f) for information on that], because of the extra value for your money, and the fact that a little patience at levelling has never hurted anyone.

== Quests ==
- Check the wikia for the quest-related Amulets [click (http://regnum.wikia.com/wiki/Amulets)] and Rings [click (http://regnum.wikia.com/wiki/Rings)] you will want to have and do the quests for them, because you will not find proper jewelry any other way.
Note that the Rings of Lightning are object of a very lengthy series of quests.

- Also, obviously, whether you are hunting for mobs, or players, make sure you take on matching Kill-, or Elimination-quests.

Now for the questions that arised in between and were missed, or only broached without explanation:
I remember Clan INQ had a toll with witch you could see the best spawns for you.
They have had that. (http://tools.claninquisition.org/) It bugged out *one week* after I had started playing, again, in the middle of December. I raged.
They have not yet said anything about it, but there are chances it could one day be repaired.

What items I should work on? Are there any ppl around who will sell magna ingots in exchange for xim? Or I shouldn't worry about the magna lvl 45 weap?
You should work for the kind of items that you will be able to purchase once and then want to let go, anymore. Which those are depends on your objectives while playing. If you wish to be a significant help for your realm at sieging and defending forts, look for the weapon and armor that enhance your AoE-effetcs the most. If you are a PvP player, maximise your DPS.
The gear is not actually of that much significance for these purposes, however.

Whether or not you should decide for Magnanite-weaponry depends on what your alternatives are. Much of what is being traded is a lot cheaper, and still suit players a lot better than the Magnanite weapons.

There, I think now some of the left out answers should be cleared. You might have figured out some of this already, but I felt it had to be written down, as well.

Hoping to have been of assistance,
Laetitian. =)

Some of the answers you have received have lacked structure a lot.

We're just throwing out a few small tips, not writing a fucking book.

I mainly wanted to say that questions had been left open.
Please apologise my tone - I must have tried too hard to stress that I thought I would have done it differently.

Hi Love!

I checked the Inq forums and the grinding tool that was there is currently not working, but a message has been posted to Anpu (clan leader & forum owner) so hopefully now the Christmas/New Year revelries are ending he might be able to fix it soon.

Snuggle.

P.S. Welcome back!

Take some nice music on and grind. Don't worry about stuff. Check auction and buy something with simple bonuses for you. War in party is for you too.

Don't forget about realm tasks. They helps like 25% booster.

P.S. Is there any problem if I don't make any quests at all? Will it affect me in the long run. I am asking this because I used the lvl 45 scroll.

Thats on you own. Some people like quests, some hate them. In Alsius you could get 46 with 1-41 quests.

Magna weapon is the last item you should carry about. The most important equip you'll need on 55-60. Dragon set is awesome right now btw. If you are conju, knight or barb that way is for you.

Thank all of you *so* much! =)

[I would love to be able to also assist you at updating the monster lists (http://regnum.wikia.com/wiki/Creatures_Table), but I doubt there would be any option for that?
Should you, however, ever decide to do that, please keep us informed on it.
I am super-thankful for all the work, Inquisition has put into these tools - Have to say that, as a much obliged Ignean user. =) ]

I would suggest posting that on our forums at the Inn page, that way if Anpu does need help he can let you know!
