Can we have this back please? I really do miss having something to do between warring and dragons, and I wouldn't mind being able to complete my armour set. :D

I think NGD said the statues were gonna be made first, and I don't think that will happen any time soon :D

instances pull people out of the wz. I'm glad they're mostly gone now.

The relic lock (and 15/30 minute relic timer) is a really bad war killer in my opinion. So for now I will be often playing in Ra instead of Haven haha.

i would prefer relic lock to be turned off.
i would prefer realm imbalance to be solved before any tdm arena.
gotta keep focus on priorities, unless the devs feel they cant solve something yet so they might as well solve something else.

The main issue isn't realm imbalance, just server population in my opinion for the Haven server.
The war is very small and staggered because of numbers. If there were more numbers, there would be a much more interactive gameplay as there would always be something to go and do. :P
I personally enjoy fighting against many enemies, a challenging fight is a good fight.

You are right, a challenging fight is a good fight. A hopeless fight however, is frustrating and not worth the time of day; something very prevalent on Haven server.
Back OT, I say no to TDM unless only during relic lock. And to relic lock I say no. So TDM can go away.

i think what you are saying is that when the server population grows larger, there will be largely zero realm imbalance. I tend to agree with this, as Ra's larger population supports this outcome.
the only doubt i have is what to do until the server pop grows larger. what if realm imbalance is keeping the pop from growing larger. not straightforward issues to solve - but improving the definition of the problem helps a lot!

Well in Ra, Ignis's warring players greatly outweigh the population of Syrtis and Alsius in many parts of the day, so realm imbalance is still prevalent. However, the ability to take part in many different wars and battles across the map is possible because of the much larger player base, thus making the RvR game actually fun and interactive.
In Haven at certain times of the day you can only find 4-5 plays in one fort, and only a handful of players in the central saves (most AFK). For this reason having TDM would seriously degrade the state of wars in my opinion (if matches would actually start).
There should be no relic lock (even if realms are invaded continuously) as having it unlocked all of the time will encourage players to actively take part in war.
My main problem also is that it currently takes a lot for a war group to be established these days, it's often hard to find a group of willing players to take a fort. Not to mention that most groups split up and chase a single play all the way to an enemy central save.

imvho, since I joined in 2007, TDM has been the only really positive addition, gameplay-wise. (Yes, I do agree it takes away from the original idea of the game, but who cares, ngd have tried to vitalize that part for so many years and failed. Let's just have fun while it lasts?)

Also, the old arena, where you could actually watch people fight, and that did not have +/- 3 level restriction was much better than the current one. Either bring back old arena or add features that the old one had to the new one.

I don't miss TDM at all, when it was available there was less fort war.
Just remove relic lock and all will be fine.
If not, then merge RA with Haven and then surely will be all fine :D
