Just recently bought a dlc for another player and sent the gift to his email. He claims that there was no redeem code in the email sent to him, while i have a receipt for it that it was successfully sent. Can I cancel my bill on my card or have it refunded :dumbofme:

Was this by any chance a part of a trade? If so, you just got scammed.
If I'm right, I know exactly who scammed you :P

They can check whether a redeem code was used or not. I hope it's not part of a trade, otherwise there's little you can do. If you used a debit/credit card you can use chargeback, but if you did this as a trade and got scammed, and then attempt a chargeback, as it's not NGDs fault, they might just ban you!
