Im wondering how ignis gate got capped today

02.04.2014 12:55 Syrtis captured Ignis gate

now I know hunters are trying to outsmart eachother like crazy but..
ignis got invaded 12 hours and 45ish mins before that

02.04.2014 00:10 Alsius starts invading Ignis
02.04.2014 01.11 Alsius ends invading Ignis relics back to fort

also, there was a server restart at 10am

I just cant find a logical answer to how that gate got captured

...I just cant find a logical answer to how that gate got captured...Been happening alot of late I hear. Many suspect one or a very small handful of multis have recently discovered another glitch to exploit & that seems plausible, even likely, given the overall infrequency of such an event months ago, but the almost daily occurrence of such caps last few weeks. This game has been & still is rightly & widely called Bugnum & Cheatnum (& other names too) for alot of very good reasons:warning:

Few days ago when we struggled to collect the ignis relicts suddently a miracle happened and ignis gate got capped by "Alsius", we ignored it and proceded with capping shana, ignis recapped the gate, 3 hours later when we tried again to get the final relict: "Alsius has captured ignis gate". Week ago was similar situation tho it was "Syrtis has captured ignis gate" spam.

Rumor says that the guy responsible for that got banned and it seems that he have made a character in another realm/or already has toons in the each realm.

It is sad that last weeks we are plagued by many exploits in the game mechanic:

fort glitches

realm gate glitches

OP resist spam (i mean not random broken resist system, i mean ppl having like 12-15 resist in a row)

instant mounting after being hit, mounting under pricking ivy (WTF?)

instant mounting after being hit, mounting under pricking ivy (WTF?)I would post the link to the recent resists-thread describing the misuse of CoR's shared server/client architecture thru data packet editing to produce 100% evades & resists, but I can't seem to find it now. Deleted by mods, I suppose. Pity the cheating itself won't go away as easily. Alas. :tsk_tsk:

There are bugs in wich a player, or lot of playerS, can go into a realm at anytime... And then they brake inner gate and capp... So, that´s the easy answer.. Possible? Of course, I know some of those bugs, although I never used them... Othewise, I don´t know...

Actually, they don't even seem to need to break the inner gate.
I've seen with my own eyes hunters appear inside the gate hours after last invasion.
Either they kept hidden for so long (we're ralking about RA here, I find it a bit hard to believe) or maybe there is a place in the wall where you can logout and then log back in again without getting teleported out.

There is one on Alsius' wall I know about. No clue about other realms.

Few minutes ago Ignis gate was capped after 1 day and 13 hours since they were last invaded.

Now, guess by which realm!

Must've been the purples, they're all hackers and glitchers.
