still its true how most people tend to ignore fort guard archers shooting inside a fort.. or castle gaurds going insane
sure signs of enemy players, but to busy running to afk place to do something about it ^^

note that is said most people, thats not everyone, its prolly even less if we dont count afk-runners as blind :p

All that's been said so far has merit, but ... no one has yet stopped to realize that in our mega-condensed-info-bombardment-&-saturation lifestyles, many don't even bother to listen anymore. Divided attention leads to total distraction; multi-tasking at 100% (or anywhere near) efficiency is a total myth according to every study on this subject. I mean, they have their jammin' tunes on while ingame, might also be listening to a instructional or humorous youtube vid as well, all while chatting to family, friends, or self, etc. ... so, they basically just don't hear the aural clues in the game. Some even choose to play CoR with the volumn turned off all of the time. Idky.
