Can I use the NGD logos in videos like this? As using the logos makes it like an official video but it's just a user made video. So am I stepping on any copyright material here?

I believe logos are only subject to trademark legislation, not copyright. I don't see why they would mind, but it's usually good to add a note that you're not affiliated with the company, I suppose. Maybe you could put something in the description?
To be honest, you're doing them a favour by publicising the game for them, and the logo let's people know who created it so they can google "NGD Studios" and see other games they made.

If he is from US, then music is ok, cuz of "fair use".

Unfortunately, this video is not available in your country because it could contain music from UMG, for which we could not agree on conditions of use with GEMA.

Err., music is not the problem, this video was just a sample, unedited and joined while recording on the fly while I was playing the music in the background. I just let it be. I wanted to know about the logos.

Haha, Regnum with "Hot Stuff" bg song.

You can use Regnum logos, of course. And if you add the NGD logo, you should put in the comments that it's not an official video. If the NGD logo appears it gives the hint that it could be an official video, so please put that it's unofficial in the first line of the comments, but you can use it as long as it's related to our game.
