Why's there no ximerin bonus for mobile payments (again)?

Mobile companies are evil. They keep 60-90% of the final price of the transaction. When there is a promotion, SMS usage goes up and other payment systems go down (in average) and that leads to us getting a lot less revenue and the Mobile companies feeding from our work. We need to pay the bills.
