It's called copyright. But yes i bet you do, even more if you're using them for a clan website, it is still related to the game.

Copyright infringement is when you try to sell something using work from someone else.

5.1) You can't demand answers from the forum administrators or moderators. Messages containing this kind of claims will be edited or deleted.

I know you're not demanding it, but practically it "looks" like it. Allowing to demand answers directly to NGD could lead to a massive Q&A that we can't provide and thus this rule has been added a long time ago.

It doesn't avoid us from answering, but allows questions be directed to some member of the community that may already know it and in a last instance, if we believe it should have an answer from us, we proceed.

So, ON TOPIC:

Yes, you can use the assets of the website for a fansite, as long as it doesn't get into a commercial website.
