pb mistake in chagelog

Hello,
I think there is a small mistake in changelog in precise block;

As I complained, in the changelog is written:
Precise Block: Mana cost updated to 90/110/140/170/200. Cooldown changed to 45 sec.

But actually, the duration was increased too and the spell looks like Frosk wrote in the middle of RNG thread.
