Hello,
at the wikia
http://regnum.wikia.com/wiki/The_path_of_Warmaster_(Syrtis)_(Ignis)
I read, that a participation of 2 % is necessary to receive credit for a kill.

With which values are spells considered? What is the value dependent?
spell lvl (1-5)?, level difference between two fighting players?

How long is the time period, in which players receive credit for a kill of an other player, after a successfull participation? Is it the same like for mobs?

How are normal hits considered?
How is this value inlfuenced by the amount of damage?

That's reverse-engineered figures. NGD has insofar never published the rules of the game in detail. Possibly, probably, and hopefully, because they don't know themselves due to now incomprehensible code, from being asunder-ahacked over more than a decade of de-development. You are a true philosopher my friend, for asking questions for which there really are no answers. (Whereas politicians are people who claim to have simple answers to philosophical questions.) Noone is supposed to know how the game works. That's the whole thing about it. Now, get back to grinding.

Where was I?'

Oh right here:
<-- in the void.

I sultar terror all players killing Evendim, twice. I also fireball them several times, cast lightning, iceblast, meteors on random people there. All of those players died eventually, by other players and evendim. And ... result is I have no kill counts for realm task, no kill counts for warmaster quests, no experience points, nothing.

try non-damaging area-spells, they'll give you the most

Warlock doesn't have one. Except melee range.
