I was thinking about magnanites.

(1)Is there a total limit of magnanites in CoR World, or more specific, a total limit of magnanites in each aereas/zones?

(2)How big is the Aerea of the whole CoR World[in cities, manganites can't spawn], in which magnanites can spawn?

(3)What is the maximum number of magnanites Players can collect with one rock? //Once I found 5 in one rock - wow

(4)How are the percentages for [1],[2],[3],[4],[5] ... magnanites?

(5)Spanwing rocks somewhere else immediately after collecting them?

rocks can spawn everywhere but in cities or dungeons, i think

(3)What is the maximum number of magnanites Players can collect with one rock? //Once I found 5 in one rock - wow
max is 5

theres just 1 or 5, or none at all. %-chance idk

Magnanites spawn every half hour from what I know

I have a small data set that I collected back in 2013. Not sure if drop rates have changed since then, but here it is anyways. Sample size is a bit small, so I percentages are probably not very accurate, but at least gives a rough estimate.

Total Samples: 160

Mag(1): 78/160 = 0.4875
Mag(5): 17/160 = 0.10625
Amber Rock: 15/160 = 0.09375
Rock: 47 / 160 = 0.29375
Quartz Rock: 3 / 160 = 0.01875

Regarding spawn locations: If you search the forums, there was a project a long time ago to try to map out where rocks spawn. A developer commented that the spawn locations are truly random. I do think that there is some collision checking. Searching open fields away from well traveled pathes in inner/noob zone tends to net the most number of rocks for me.

afaik, in the noob zone, there are no 5 mags, and also Quartz can only be found in the initiation zone, and it'll be more likely to get rocks here

I noticed the same, exactly, no 5mag rocks in init zone.

5 mags rocks-> war zone, inner realm (not to be found in the initiation zone)
amber rock->everywhere
rock->everywhere

you can get onli 1 or 5 magnanites from a single rock

from my recent months experience about 50% rocks you get are magna rocks, less then 1 in 10 cases its 5 magna rock

amber rocks and quartz rocks are abundant at initiation zone

amber rocks are rare at war zone



Off topic-> it would be nice if amber rock and quartz rock find some use, maybe get 500 to have an ingot to put in your armor>> amber ingot-> 5% resist magical damage, quartz crystal ingot->5% resist against physical damage

Maybe it's just me, but I feel mags are harder to find lately.

that too: in 1 hour i used to find 35-50 mags in inner realm (Haven 2012), recentky wheni tried to do magna hunt 15 is max. Once was lucky to get 22 (but was lucky to find 2x 5magna rock).
