You're very busy, and we get that. You don't want people asking you about the progress of every little section of the update every single day, we get that as well.

Just start a new *locked* thread; think of is as a journal or a recap of what you've done so far. Post ever day or two on what you've been working on/ what you're working towards. Spend no more than 5 minutes. Don't worry about grammar, spelling etc. a quick few lines every few days to give us a little hope that thing are turning around.

It's worrying to say this but since you've started doing regular updates you've lost more players than you've gained (as far as I can tell from Haven-Syrtis, well.... all Haven realms). This is likely due to a one sided development cycle. You work on something. Test it on amun, release it. At no point do you review the work. If you post every few days then we will surely start threads telling you we love/hate the idea behind your current work.

I don't know Canndy there was a very noticeable increase in activity after the WMC fort rewards update.

There really was a massive jump in population, but if you were around 24 months ago (I don't know how long you've been playing), then you will probably remember massive numbers of players in all realms. It was typical to find a zerg of 30 at a fort cap, not because they had spent 2 hours RPG-ing, or because they are the zerg realm at that time of day, that was just the standard.

I'm talking daily, not monthly. On a monthly timescale too much time has been spent on an update for NGD to feel that can throw it all down the drain if the community says they don't like the idea.
