The stats are probably the same for every realm, except perhaps very good to ice in Alsius and very good to lightning in Syrtis.

As the breastplates are so tiny on women (and not in a good way) I wouldn't bother buying it on a female char. Dye on the breastplates is barely noticeable either.

Also, on dwarfs you don't see much of it cuz of their long beard...
