Redeem WMC problem

I will like to point a problem with the recently added logic to not be possible to get your accumulated WMC unless your realm does some gem stealing.

As a concept this seems fine as it will provoke more invasion activity. In practice it suits better more populated servers and realms. For example:

In RA this can work fine as realms are bigger and invasions can happen frequently.

In smaller servers like Horus only more populated realms can invade and smaller realms end with alot accumulated WMC (i got like 15k now) that can not be spend, because they stay in a place which is locked.

Something needs to be changed here. Maybe this functionality disabled or dunno... In common NGD really needs to think how things work on bigger or smaller servers.

Sooner or later every realm invades, by the time, if you're a frequent and active user, you will accumulate a lot of WMC and you will be able to redeem it once your realm steals a gem. I don't think it's unfair. Just play regularly and eventually you will cash in the jackpot ;).

+1 I agree... and from what I know underpopulated realms have booster to WMC at fortifications.

They should just be redeemable at any time on haven, invasions dont happen as often as on Ra.

I recall a time, not all that long ago, when a similar argument was presented to the 8 or so active Alsius players. They didn't have any easier time hearing this then we do.

It is not a matter of when or how you could do it. Such rules need to be applied to provoke a "GOOD" vibe and incentive in players. When it becomes impossible it is noting more than a disadvantage and one more thing to make you give up.

I have played RO enough to know and see alot of such rules in game. It is not a matter of us or Syrtis or Alsius or dunno. It is a matter of everyone to have fun and nice experience.

At RA in Ignis I got like 50k since we made the last invasion so please don't speak about servers you don't know ;)

PS: In fact RA is too big to make invasions, they can only happen at breakfast time when almost nobody is connected... and then it is an Alsius only play :p

I had like 110k WMC before i had a chance to redeem them, and you're right. Invasions only happen when one realm completely outnumbers the other two. Its impossible to defend against alsius early morning invasions.
