Why some players are able to cast mount right aftrer they attack enemy, already seen how some syrtis did it. casted freeze and in same time casted mount.

As long as you keep hitting your target with spells you can always mount instant but once you engage your target with normal your char goes in to combat thereby disabling your chance to instant mount.

If you do a normal hit on an enemy you gotta wait 20s to cast mount.

While if all you did were cast spells on him, you can cast mount right after.
