Level gap in armor/weapons?

After level 14 I don't see any weapons/armors until level 20+, is there somewhere else to buy them or just none around?

You can buy lvl 14 armor and lvl 16 armor in Birka. Just look for the tailor and look for Reinforced Leather and Studded Leather.

Do quests from Heim Goblindropper, he gives you weapons for completing his quests.

--It's the same in all the Realms, to make it interesting, and force you to
explore new towns, and markets, Some merchants, (and towns) specialize
in the armor, weapons, and such, for a particular set of levels. Explore, the
various cities, towns, and markets and note who is selling what. If you know
where to purchase your tools, you will have an advantage over someone
who does not, and will be better armed, and level faster. Also you will know
your Realm better, what monsters are in what areas, all sorts of useful stuff!

Wrong, first barbarian armor can be bought on lvl 19 in medenet.

Ugh wow, the conjurer knows more about my own class then I do. Well I had the same problem as this guy lol, I was wearing lvl 12 leather armour till lvl 22.
