Do I have to increase level of skill? How much? Or is there other way for it?

When you reach level 8 you get power points, they can be spent to level up individual spells, the highest level you can get is dictated by your level in the discipline of the spell, the disciplines have up to 19 levels, and the individual spells have up to 5.

At character level 8: you can raise spell up to level 2
Discipline level 11 allows level 3 spells.
Discipline level 15 allows level 4 spells.
Discipline level 19 allows level 5 spells.
Disciplines can be trained up to your half of your character's level (rounded up). This means at level 21, your disciplines can go to 11. Level 29 allows disciplines to go to 15, and at level 37 your disciplines can be level 19.

Very helpful Svanhoosen. Thanks, this is exactly the info I was lookig for.
Where did you 'get' it? Is there a document/source I'm not aware of that I can look up?

mages have more points
a lvl 50 mage = 50 power points
a lvl 50 archer/warrior = 45
Mages have more points for disciplines too, but i dunno how many exactly. Iīll look it up on www.regnumzg.com.ar and post it here.
EDIT: ouch regnumzg is offline :S

Actually, itīs even cause mages rely on skills only, while the rest will always have a decent normal attack :p
EDIT (again): regnumzg is up, discipline points are:
For mages: 1546
Everybody else: 1351
