This are the NPCs that give quests from level 10 to 38. I don't know if I miss someone, but I will try to edit when I finish all the quests.
Here I wrote about 133 quests, and there aren't those which are done in Rottersvall and before.
To make it clear, some NPCs give you some quests ONLY if you have finish some other quest before (You have to pay attention to the last words of the NPC when you finish the quest becuase sometimes he tells you who have the next one. Also notice that sometimes one NPC gives you a quest that ends when you talk to another NPC, sometimes this second NPC has a quest to follow the story)
The number inside the parenthesis is the number of quests that NPC gave me.
