Strange guard behaviour

Today i was hunting in Alsius with my friend, but he had to go out. So i decided to check their castle. I went there and guards weren't attacking me, so i started my long way to destroy gate. After some minutes (i think 15) i finally destroyed it. Then i ran inside and i found out, that only melee guards were bugged. Ranged ones were shooting at me, so i hid behind some pillar. Then i casted some shields and activated flag and i hid again and was waiting for my friend, who came back to game right after i got inside castle. He came to me and we were talking about something, when suddenly, a few minutes after he came to me, we conquered that castle. Look at us: conju lvl 48 and hunter lvl 29.
This bug is quite annoying, you can conquer castle alone. Yeah, it takes much time to destroy gate, especially for conju, but we conquered it in 30 minutes +- :D

Yeah, guards do not attack nowadays, but worst is that you can conquer all 3 castles (not sure about imperia) without even trying to kill the gate guards (or a single guard as a matter of fact).

Guards in castles r bugged i kno i took over all 3 alone it needs to be fixed

And i've also noticed, that after conquering castle, your guards appear in castle, as they should, but you can see enemy guards around castle in some distance, just standing and waiting. It happened to me at Shaanarid and Imperia castles.
No idea if they were teleported there from castle or they just spawned there, but look at last screenshot. I couldn't find my demon after we conquered that castle. I was looking for him in whole castle, but then i saw him. Standing like Alsius guards :S

actually you can capture the castles alone even if the guards were not bugged

they should not only attack, they should cancel the capture as well

You can capture all castles except eferias even if gate guards aren't bugged. They ignore you once you get past the bridge...But eferias doesn't have a bridge so you can't capture it without killing the gate guards(if they aren't bugged). And not all guards are bugged...I've seen some guards attack enemies. And even before the guards started getting bugged, I've never seen a guard cancel capture.
