:thumb_down: Hello, I don’t know if any of you have ever received this error but I, for one, would like to know wtf NGD is thinking when creating this error, for it has lacked in divulging this information to me. I have spent well over $65 in support of the development in this game, and because of NGD’s lack of communication I am well versed not to spend another f double prime’n dime on this game until they actually take into account wtf they actually have against me. NGD way to go for being so enigmatic. :thumb_down: :thumb_down:

User disable is when you have been banned from regnum online (In-game), not the forum.

I cant see Dave doing anything against the code of conduct, and I'm with him quite a bit.
The biggest thing that could ever come to mind is maybe a retaliation to being attacked by another player (verbally) but even then he doesnt start it

According to the Terms of Use, NGD has the right to disable your account without explanation...The offense could be discrimination or offensive language, possibly bug abuse...Do you ever remember breaking any of these rules?

I would also like to hear, as a clan leader and friend of Dave, explanation from NGD, or at least let NGD send Dave pm/mail with it. As far as I know, Dave is good member and fighter, helpful and funny and also I dont believe that he broke any of NGD rules. So, NGD, your turn now! :warning:

Anyway, Dave is an excellent player, and I seriously doubt that he'd do anything against the code of conduct.

Well, this is one for Mulder and Scully, since Dave is one of the finest players around, i've never seen him step out of the rules of proper conduct, or heard anyone else speak ill of him, so i'm all with you on this one, Dave, the least you deserve is an explanation, although i still think its all just a misunderstanding of sorts.

Of course we ll support Dave. First, he is clan member, second our friend, third great guy who is always ready to help others and share experience from game. He is not selfish, arrogant nor I saw him saying bad words. For such act that NGD did, it ll be better that they have very very strong reason and not some n00b whining anf crying, sending them part of some conversation that suits his story as a screenshot, or this will be the biggest - (minus) they ve ever earned from part of community if not whole. I hope they checked story before they did this, or at least listened both sides.

Maybe it's a bug in their ban program and did they select the wrong user ID.
Anyway, I don't know what dave could have done wrong. If people who behave like him or worse should be banned, Regnum Online should have almost no players anymore.

I have never seen dave done anything out of line besides verbal arguements, and even that was not stepping out of line that was response to another players verbal abuse. Trust me if Dave was banned there are many other player's that deserve this ban before Dave. I am sure this is some kind of mistake because NGD is not that unfair.

While the policy of banning may be a good idea, with the amount of positive support that superdaveninja has received, I think an official word from NGD would be necessary.

I can't say anything more that hasn't already been said about the way superdaveninja acts in-game and how he respects others, however I think as a community we do have power to demand an explanation.
NGD relies on us to play their game and purchase Xim, however if they willfully abuse their Terms & Conditions right to ban accounts in the face of public opinion - then we, the player base, have complete right to request a just and fair trial for superdaveninja.

After all, if we didn't play and didn't purchase, NGD would be no more than a memory. All we want to know is why superdaveninja was banned and was it justified?

If such things can happen to anyone of us with no explanation then it is no longer a symbiotic relationship between us and NGD - both needing each other to survive. It becomes a parasitic relationship - NGD uses us to survive without a care for our needs & desires.

Lets keep our relationship friendly and happy - NGD secure in the knowledge that we will keep playing & paying and we will be secure in the knowledge that we have a just and fair trial before all players to account for our actions if allegations are brought against us.

There seems to be a lot of support for you, Dave. I don't know know you personally, but if what everyone is saying is true then the ban is unjust. God knows, there's no one on Regnum that's more outspoken than me both in the forum and ingame, and I've never had a problem. You may be on the wrong team but I'm going to have to back you as well on this one.

hi all,
NGD did get back to me in regards to the reason of my ban, in that is was because of "bad language in syrtis chat". far be from me to recollect such an experience, as i make an effort not to use bad language, and though they haven't given me the specifics of it (when, what was said, who reported it), they have expressed to me a certain regret to have banned me, which they attributed to your very kind words of me. So thank you, everyone who spoke on my behalf :D.

This has taught me three things:
1) Be careful of those with whom you debate with, for if you beat them in an argument, they might report you.

2) I have some really great friends on here who really came out to voice on my behalf. Inquisition and others, you guys are awwesome. Anpu is the best clan leader and he has been most supportive in this. I'm definitely not going to forget it. Also, thank you to the other realm people for offering advice and theories (whom i really respect for doing so, thank you).

3) NGD isn't that bad at all, and though this whole event was quite ambiguous, i was quite humbled when they sent me an email advising that had they known more about me at the time, perhaps they would not have made the same judgment. so, NGD, if my forum posts were a bit harsh towards you at first, my apologies.

Finally, for the sake of my conscience- whomever did report me, send me a pm and tell me what i actually said, for im a guy who does not like to swear unless im really angry, so if you did capture me swearing, we must have had a serious disagreement, and as such, in this pm we can discuss a resolution.

I really think they were trying to be only fair, and act according to their policies but may have goofed up due to the bad/false reporting's of another user(s). Lets see... Its great that they finally look at your case seriously, not just by automatically clicking on ban button on every report mail they got. U lost 2 days of game because of nothing, for non examining case carefully. Let this be lesson for future, for all, NGD and players.
