Dudes, I know savecamping is bad, but some people need to stop posting a thread everytime they die at a save. Because in my eyes, people are taking a hit on this savecamping shit every chance they get.

I am tired of looking on these forums at these threads about save campers and cheaters and lamers, yes you may feel affected when you have been camped, its happened to me, I got over it, then you'll go on the forums and post a thread about something unfortunate that lasted maybe a few minutes happened to you, there are so many solutions but people look at the bad side always.

Once you post a thread about it, you realize somtime later, oh wow, that was stupid of me, simple solution, dont make that mistake, take it from me. Its a problem yes, NGD is working on it im sure yes, complaining dosent do anything. We arent children.

i dont know what happen here, but in the spanish forum 99 % of the people agree in one thing, THERE IS NO SUCH THING LIKE SPAWN CAMPING, u have 2 minutes resurrection dizzines, enough time to get into a fort or wait for reinforcements, the worst thing that could happen is been killed twice (u run south for the 2 minutes that the dizzines last they following u, they kill u, and u run anywhere u want with 2 minutes of advantage)

heuristic bullshit at it again. it's not because you see some people doing it that everyone does it and most of all, that the people that do it know that they're wrong.

it's really a shame to see that kind of thread. it's not because you see some people abuse bugs or exploits that it's not wrong... omg, i can't believe what you said...

Those threads you mention may be a way to complain but most of all they are here to discuss about such behaviour and remember that it's bad. As long as there are no official rules, posting about bad behaviour is the only way of making people (i'm not only talking about the save campers but also the new players that come to the forum) realize what they did was wrong.

I couldent have said it better myself, you have so many choices, you have the ability to NOT click rez, you have the ability to call for help, its just stupid. In my words save camping isnt dying at a save 1 or 2 times, save camping is killing a guy over, and over at least 10 times!

Reuhman you never even have to go on the forums to know save camping is bad, you know right away from instinct right from wrong, but this is off topic, this thread is not focusing on save camping, because then it would end up like all the others!

Had it happen to me several times when trying to make it from Trelle save back to Pinos save. A group of hunters were at the save and killed me when I entered the game. Click rez and start for the fort but since I'm slow and lag often I couldn't make it to Trelle this time and died again. Click rez and helf the party had stayed at the save. Ran towards cemetary trying to lead them away only to die again. This time when I respawned, the other half of the party was waiting at save. Yes, I was using realm chat but Aggers was being retaken so no forces were available at the moment. How is this fun or right? I'm not sure of the solution, but there has to be something that can be done.

I like the idea of a single sticky thread where all the lamers can be exposed. Then all can see the honor/dishonor of these few bad apples.

I know everyone is gonna try to kill me now for posting that but i must say it happened to us all and it´s LAME but you can prevent it and that´s one of the reasons why it is still "allowed" by the game. Just stay away from saves wich nobody uses. Ever been to shaanrid save? nowhere to run from there. :tsk_tsk:

1 way to fix this is anyone who is about 10 of range of there save or realm save cant be attck thats 1 way to stop it

This is why I posted my save-camping parody thread (http://www.regnumonline.com.ar/forum/showthread.php?t=13904)... people get way too worked up about this.

As I posted in another thread (http://www.regnumonline.com.ar/forum/showpost.php?p=191905&postcount=33), there is a solution, just report it to your realm and log off for 10 mins... log back in and chances are that they'll be gone (either voluntarily or by being killed).

I remember the first time I got 'save-camped', I spewed out a few obscenities and got all wound up. (this was before I realized other realms cannot hear you!!) - I look back... and laugh at the fact I was even bothered.

Of course, an unlimited res dizzyness if you spawn and then stay at the save would be okay... but if you run to the save for cover rather than respawning there... you should still be attackable (to stop it being used as a sanctuary by those fleeing the enemy)
