With all the constant changes, this is a simple one that would sure alleviate a lot of in-combat annoyances for a lot of (especially left handed players)

I hate clicking on an icon only to have it vanish from my tool bar. Therefore, a toolbar lock is something that sure would be appreciated.

Keyboard mapping would be infinitely better, but since that seems to be a problem, how about a simple lock feature?

Personally, I use the the numeric keys to cast all my spells that are slotted into the quickbar. Too bad it doesn't work with the numpad though, 'cos I don't think it'd be as ergonomic for left-handers as it is for me by using the default hotkeys.

I'm left handed, the number keys are an even worse than clicking on disappearing icons.

Yep, make it that you need to hold the "Shift" key to modify the toolbar when a spell icon is in place.

I'm left handed too, and I find playing at wars somewhat difficult. I got used to clicking since I've always played on FPS', but I often loose my objectives due to misclicking on them.

I think I'm going to buy one of those gaming keybs. if NGD doesn't bind the numeric keypad to spell slots. I wonder if they work on linux. :ohill:

Nah, I used to click my spells instead of using the hotkey too. Thing is sometimes when you want to click on the spells you'd accidentally drag it instead of clicking it. A slight drag will mean that you didn't even cast the spell, and possibly misplacing it thus it disappears. It was so annoying that I learned how to use the hotkeys instead, and it's quicker too.

Hmm. I'm left handed too, but I tend to mouse and move with my right hand and save left for using the number hotkeys for powers. Still, sometimes I 'm sitting lazy and go to click track only to hit right click instead -.-

I either click with the mouse or use the numbers. but when i accidentially drag while i click it still gets casted.

I move with left hand while constantly panning the mouse around to see what's around me.

And removed from the toolbar.
