What exactly does this thing do? Does it remove (and give you back) all points assigned to powers only, or to disciplines as well (reseting them to lvl1)? How many times can you use it? Is there a penalty?

If it does reset everything, and you get all your points back, both for powers and disciplines, and there's no penalty, that means that you can change your disciplines and powers as often as you like? Eg, "now I need more of the offensive spells, i'll reset and level up those" or "now I need my buffs, I'll reset and get those now" etc?

It resets your points that you put in power and disciplines! There is no penalty, use it however often you want, and you get your points all back to use as you would like.:metal:
You cannot change your occupation though.(as in hunter to marks)

It's one of the great aspects of Regnum because it enables you to explore all of the possibilities of your class:D

Is that clear?

Use it for now, it MAY be removed when all the skills work properly (though it will be in a long time).

Don't be afraid to try it, just be sure to be close to a trainer... DO NOT RESET DURING A BATTLE, Imagine what would happen if you don't have your points assigned to any skill xD

Remember,
It's a testing command.
There's no penalty.
It gives you back all of your branch and skill points.

Removing this command will change Regnum very hard, I don't think this command will be removed. Because this command is one of the important reason that many clanmates (included me) like Regnum.

The way the game was designed relies on this command, so I'm sure NGD will find a way to replace it if they ever take the command away (unlikely to happen on a really long time...).

Don't start speculating about this! ¬¬

actually I was hoping it works kinda like this, and I hope this doesn't change, because I seem to have spent a lot of points in powers I won't be using, and I bet a lot of people do, their first time through, so it's very good to be able to do that. Please, NGD, don't ever change that! :p
