Well I didn't lick a stump this time though I did find a box thingy. Anyway I'm doing the quest Natural Armors I and it says to find Giant/Huge Beach Spiders. I looked on both beaches near Fasileh(? first town after beginers area) and all I can find are small, big and voracious Beach spiders. Any idea where to head for Giant spiders? Thanks. Oh btw-newbish question but heck- whats dnd mean and whats a good level to go into the conflict zone? Figure i'd ask my newbish questions since i am a noob :P

One thing is for certain, if you don't ask you'll never know. I was having some fun with you when you licked the stump, hope you weren't offended. Anyway 'dnd' is short for 'de nada', which loosely translates to 'no problem' or 'it's nothing' in English. Entering the WZ is a matter of the player and the class but as a rule of thumb most will start to venture in at level 30 or so. Realize that you can visit and not necessessarily have to stay out there. You can come and go as you please. And if I remember correctly there were giant beach spiders on the beach near Ulren Asir Villiage or over on Lam Island. I might be corrected on that. Go here (http://kiirani.com/stuff/regnum/index.html) for some great maps made by one of your fellow Syrtians.

^_^'

If you got the quest in fisgael, then the spiders should be on west beach. If you got it in ilreah village, then yes, they're on hidden beach in marelah.

On translating de nada -

It literally means "of nothing"
We generally translate it as "you're welcome" :P

Alright I'll try Marelah hidden beach anyway. And no I thought it was oddly funny with the stump. Thanks for all the help! Guess I should have chosen panish instead of Latin for my language class hehe

Poor Terror. I'll give you a break and let the 'panish' one slide. :sifflote:

I keep reading threads about classes and often get the impression that knight-class is bad. Whats wrong with knights? (I chose one so o.O) Also is there any good way for a knight/soloer to level-up decently fast? Thanks once more- Do you guys ever get tired of all the newbie questions on the forum?

Nobody is required to read your thread if they don't want to answer your questions. This section is specifically designed for helping newbs so don't worry about it. As for knights, I had one and didn't like it. Ther's absolutely nothing wrong with a knight. They are a defensive class. Meaning, they are set up to take a LOT of damage and buff other players with defensive spells that you will get as you level up. Knights are a bugger to kill in the WZ because of their heavy armor and good defensive spells. I have to say that because of the way knights are designed they are one of the hardest characters to play. I discoved the hard way that I don't play defensive classes well at all but that's not saying you can't. There are some very good players who are knights. Night Twix and Byteme just to name a couple. My biggest problem was I started playing the knight back when they were (IMO) better than they are now. You, as a new player, won't be able to make this comparison and will therefore be more likely to be unbiased. Knights are a good class and good knights are needed in the WZ. Seek advice from some of the better knights in your realm. As for leveling knights, it's the same as any other class parties are good, having a conjuror behind you is even better. Keep the questions coming. I don't play anymore but I like to stay in touch and it gives me something constructive to do. :beerchug:

alright well thanks-was playing for a few hours and came up with two more questions--Is it possible to switch sides when you create a new char? I'm Syrtis but was thinking of experimenting with an Alsius mage. Second one is what are the req. to make a clan? :horsey:

No, you can't switch realms. (Well, you CAN but you have to delete all of your characters to do it)

8 players who are over level 15, in a party, the eventual founder needs ... 100k? Cash on them and they talk to the clan.. notary? Something like that, in the "capital" city. (For syrtis, fisgael)

Your only options for playing a different realm are to delete your characters. like Kiirani said, or set up a different account like some others have done. But note, and this has been discussed before, the license agreement for the game states that no one player is to have more than one account.
