Ok so the first 20 lvls was easy as hell, then i hit lvl 21 and my chance to hit seemed to drop off the map. I'm very frequently getting between 3-5 evades in a row, and i'm very lucky if i get more than 2 normal hits in a row before the evades kick in. I'm just wondering what the hell i'm doing wrong? I realize i didn't pump dex when i created my char because i didn't think it'd make that much of a difference and the armor bonus would be worthless due to my planned constant use of berserk. But i'm seriously debating about deleting my barb due to the frustration of not being able to hit anything that's supposedly "very easy" to me. Does 5 dex really help that much? I'm not really willing to rebuild for an extra 5 points of dex, but I cant go on like this

I really doubt the 5 dex will help. Between 20 and 40 its difficult, use quests and group xp will ease your way. Comforts, youll grow out of this misery.

Honestly, it's only going to be harder and painful. But with all classes.
In terms of leveling difficulty (from difficulty to ease):
Knight < Barb < Hunter < Marksman < Warlock < Conjurer
So you didn't choose the easiest to begin with, but for all classes it's a pain... The evade chance was changed last patch and it's bad for everyone.
By the way, as far as I know, it's Concentration which decides your luck in enemy Evades, dexterity is for your own evades.

dex should help for non-spell hits. So try it.
+5 is better than nothing

Dex helps for archers' damage and non-spell evades. Concentration helps for base attack accuracy and supposedly spell accuracy...but now people think it doesn't help with spell accuracy anymore.
For higher hit chance, you should choose a weapon which was available at both your lvl and a lvl much lower than you. For example, if there was a lvl 20 bastard sword and a lvl 20 saber, choose the saber because it's more accurate due to it being available at lvl 14 and have maybe +10 or so hit chance.

Well the lvling things why is
Knight < Barb < Hunter < Marksman < Warlock < Conjurer
that the order they should nerf Conjurer

The only reason why a conjurer is so easy to level is because he has a pet, can heal himself and his summon and regenerate/steal mana. Nerfing a conjurer's healing abilities will pose problems for all other classes since they rely on conjurers for health. The same goes for mana. Conjurers supply mana for their team in combat. You can nerf the summon but I think its already nerfed. Conjurers don't get much offensive power and most of their damage comes from their summon, which is already useless in fort wars.

also a probably good idea for training is to not try to kill very hard-impossible mobs stick with challenging-normal or easy if they get in your way as trying to kill impossbile or very hard mobs will prob result in alot of attacks being evaded or spells resisted

You should first check your inventory. Maybe you equipped an Item which decreases your Hit chance. If so, buy a new one or at least - repair your items. You can do that in every town, just talk to a merchant and click 'Repair Items'
I've already had items like Hit chance +20. Maybe you have some Hit chance -20 :P That would explain much.
@Levelling with Warlocks: I know that staff attacks won't do much damage, and your spells won't be go stronger after a level up. But with a higher level you can get MORE damage spells, such as Crystal blast, fire ball, lightning, ice blast, stalagmite, meteor, golem fist, magma blast, etc. And with enough Mana (which you can get from health/enemies) you can use them all.

Ah yes... and when they've done that, they can go to nerf warlocks and when they're done with that, move on to marksmen, etc untill we reached knights. Since they are fastest to level then they should of course be nerfed, which brings us back to the start of the circle... Excellent... If we keep that up, noone will be able to even scratch unchallenging mobs...

warls dont rely on a conju... only at fort wars... but at grinding, conjus will be only for lvling quicker.
and conjus are a defensinve subclass, so no need to be looking for dmg, and all the good conjus are healers....

I'm a warlock and I sometimes rely on conjurors...Heal cannot be resisted... ;)
