Half of NPCs are gone

seriously, delete my prev thread, I now see that half of NPCs are gone at least in Fisgael, and relogging few times didn't help

Yeah, I'm getting "Speak to: [err][npc_instance_display_name][0]" in all my quests :(

no jpicon, it's not QUEST error. It's NPC error. Today half of NPCs like larissa or knight trainer in Fisgael were just missing. Quests got bugged because there was no NPC to link to

Well actually, my NPCs were there, just didnt want to talk to me about the quests :(

edit: Ok this is getting ridicilous, most of my quests are completed after talking to people in Gokstad.
But I keep getting this:

well i never got that problem, somehow. Even after my first login after the patch. But: I always keep "Update all resources at once" ON. Maybe that did it?
