Big Tarantulas

I've doing the quest that requires you to kill 9 Big Tarantulas.

Yet I've only found the small tarantulas on Drah-na Mount.

I have looked all over the Mount but I can not find them anywhere on Drah-na Mount and I was hoping somebody might know where they would be usually using the X and Z coords.

Nope there are quests for killing the small tarantulas but killing them only affects those quests.

It doesn't affect the quest from Lotiel - Page Training - Test II. I think this is a bug because I saw an older post (http://regnum-online.de/forum/ftopic108.html) on a german forum

Go to Marelah´s Forest
Go to Drah-na Mount
Kill 9 Big Tarantula
Speak to Agus
that refers to a different quest from Agus that the monsters to be killed are big tarantulas but that quest is now small tarantulas.

I'm guessing they missed this one or the monsters aren't spawing.
I did try canceling the quest and reaccepting it but it didn't change anything.

Looks like they forgot to move that quest over to "small tarantulas". It bothers me a bit that these seem to be based on the name of the npc, rather than the id (from which you get the name) :/ All of these problems would go away.

Unfortunately, that's a quest error. It will be fixed during the next Content update. Please, cancel the quest and accept it again then.

Thanks for the conscientious reply. This is a really great mmorpg once the beginning quests stabalize out. :)
