It's an island used essentially for performance tests on experimental server. There is a teleporter there who leads in the famous central island, where those 3 teleporters can be found. They lead to each realm gate and resurection dizziness isn't removed when using them ;)

The next time you are in game and see a message inviting you to go the experimental server, i advise you to go there, you will probably be teleported sooner or later. There is a save for each realm there.
