WOW! What level were they? Did they have death sentence on? What other buffs besides they ones we can see (Clossus, Onslaught, and Accurate swings)? That's crazy especially with Southcross' cooldown.

DS is only ranged damage boost, SC is not a ranged attack. Maybe sudden strike?

That's the power of a Greeat Claymore, but that axe is Very slow and you must be all-top-buffed and the enemie cannot move to make that dmg:wiggle14: :mf_hide: anyways yeah sometimes i get myself stupid watching all that dmg xD

May i ask what level target was and if the target had any armour at all?

If you buffed with off with their heads, berserk, colossus and accurate swings and onslaught asuming that is lvl 5 buffs its almost 1300 mana you dont even have that much, not 200 more for south cross either.

It would be pretty much impossible to reproduce in a real fight considering the time for buffs, the mana cost and short time frame you have to execute it in for all buffs to be active. And of course it has to be the first hit to get the effect from Onslaught.

The fact that its a level 42 axe and very slow and unlike lvl 50 slashing weapond that are slow it hit just as hard.

Yes, in the experimental server the xp is multiplied for 2 or 4 (i don´t remember).

There was a change in the last update about the damage boosts, it provides so much damage to barbs and marksmans.

Just to check it see vengala damages:

I dont see that change more on the changelog so i guess they will not add it to the official forums

Ok i see, I tested this 20 min ago on exp server.
143 str with colossus, +130 dmg weapon buffs, +150 dmg from onlaught and berserk and off with their heads, south cross on wild lions made about 2600 dmg and i got 1350 xp too. :)

OMFG i should have took a pic of suraks boss destroyer 20,000 if hes in there dont go in coloseums, and why do barberians hit that much to kill a knight with one hit or something whats next super cross 5k damage :mf_hide:

Or the ability for barbs to use it at all really.

Ripost is fine, but South Cross is extremely powerful in the hands of a barb. But you have to live with it, every class has it's overpowered spells...

by the way, I am going for that record once I get 50. I know what he did, and I think I can get close to topping it. I am going to have 113 strength at 50 I think with those leggings I have. for the record that barb was like level 40 that I fought, so he may have had a resistance to piercing spell. All I know was I killed a warlock with one south cross and he had a shield. xD The thing is I can't leave that setup for fort wars or hunt. I have to be able to have some defense. I don't care about the blunt passive resistance because not many people use hammers and such. You better believe I am going to have the slashing and piercing resistance on level 4. I am leveling up my other marksmen for now which is 45, but when he gets to 50 I will start work on this barb.
