What happened to The White Company?

On Friday I logged on and we had our 70 or so members. I updated some ranks and killed a few golems and was off between 15 and 30 minute later.

I have house guests and was unable to log onto the game from Friday afternoon for any amount of time including today.

On Sunday, I heard there was a problem with the clan. I logged on for literally one minute. I found my clan was reduced from Friday's size to 4: me, 2 founders (who have not played this game for weeks), and the last person we recruited. I also suspect but not confimred that my friends list has again been deleted (for the third time in four months).

According to the posts on the White Company Information Center, this prroblem happened at some point Saturday.

This is very frustrating and I don't even know where to begin to correct this.

NGD can you please look into this situation and restore the clan membership.

Is this a situation that will occur again where we get a pretty good clan membership and suddenly have it emptied?

Am I the only one that this kind of things happens to?

If you would please be obliged to take some notice to our clan's issue. The members are fast dispersing as time goes. I myself have enjoyed the company of The White Company clan. So please, if you would be so kind to bring our clan back.

Well your not the only one for the friends list, my list keeps deleting people starting with Y, S, A, sometimes random entires, but its usually the same people, it frustrates me because I don't know who's on. And I don't know who I lost. Until I see that person or look manually in my list.

As for your clan, I find that extremely shocking, I can't belive that, because im sure you put alot of work into it.

My theory is that the database NGD uses for storing these things is full.

but starting 3 threads is not the solution, i realiz you may want this solved asap, but you have to do it in an organized fashion

I have been unable to change my clan name and titles for quite some time. It's supposedly fixed in the changelog (for the nth time). The only thing to do regarding all clan system matters is wait for the next patch and hope it is finally working.

Clan system is very messed up anyway, I think it should be started from scratch,



1. People of higher rank can easily expel members of lower rank, that should be a choosable option, this bothers me alot

2. You should be able to choose individually who can recruit, not by choosing rank, or you should be able to choose what ranks can recruit.

3. Clan list should be organized by the option of rank or join date, as it is now, everytime you add someone, the whole list scrambles.

That is truly horrible and I am so sorry that happened to such big clan.
I also had problems but they got solved after the fix, but this one is really big time. Hope someone will help you with that. argh

This problem happend to Net el Brujo's clan but it wasnt a bug or anything the last guy we recruited deleted most of the clan-mates net gave him in the rank because we wanted to get up faster with his people so he said to recruit people you want but i guess it was a bad idea so check out the last person you recruited or something if nothing comes up i cant help really

Another possible solution is that someone inside the clan kicked those members out? did anyone besides you had the rank to Expel?

the clan has threemembers with rank to expel. Myself and two members who have not logged onto the game in weeks.

I find it highly unlikely that one of the two inactive members would have logged in a wiped out everyone but one other person who just happened to be the last one that was recruited. To me it looks like a bug.

It is highly unlikely, but still possible. I'm not accusing anyone here, just wanted to point that out. It may be an error on the database though. Another possibility is that somebody went onto your account or the account of the other founders.
